The casting method one of the most precise and oldest metal forming technique also known as lost-wax casting or Investment Casting, which is used in various forms for more than 5000 years.
This process has the ability to deliver castings with more superior quality than other conventional casting and forging techniques. Investment Casting reduces the cost of machining drastically and component with negligible or very less machining is required. The accuracy of castings produced ranges from 0.3mm to 0.7mm depending on the complexity of the design.
We are capable of manufacturing components from a few grams to 120kgs single construction. We have an installed annual production capacity of 300 MT.
