Non Destructive Testing (NDT) Enables to evaluate the properties of a material, component or system without causing the Damage.

All our products would have quality control systems conforming to ISO9001:2008 quality control systems. Continuing statistical process control and process capability improvement would be applied for all product manufacturing processes. Our commitment and continuous effort would be to improve product quality.

Process of Chemical Analysis

  • In-house spectrometer capable of testing Fe, Ni, Co, and other Feratic series.
  • All heats poured are tested online on Spectrometer.
  • All the scrap used is also tested before use.
  • Specimens are stored for a particular period.

Hardness Testing

Hardness Testing is a non-destructive procedure that demonstrates the alloy's mechinability and wears resistance.

Export Packing
